All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

When We Will Make It Right Although we don't accept returns, we will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order never arrived after 30 days

How to Request a Refund Email us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We'll respond within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We Do Not Refund For:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Delays caused by customs or carriers
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Your pet not taking interest in the product

Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days contact us and we'll work with our supplier to resolve it.
